SPICES

Food spices serve as a versatile and underexplored medium for culinary artists. Their use goes beyond the palate, extending to the visual and aromatic dimensions of the dining experience. My interpretation for spices is going deeper than what we typically see. Chia seeds look like alien eggs, black peppercorn's have this beautiful golden rim around the edges. It's a new layer of exploration and new found appreciation for these culinary ingredients.
